The Booking.com Review Awards are an annual opportunity to recognise our partners for their exceptional hospitality, as demonstrated by the review scores that travellers leave after their stay or experience.
To win a 2026 Booking.com Review Award, on 1 December 2025 you need to have had:
- At least 2,000 pickups completed between 1 January and 30 November 2025.
- An average post ride review score of 4.60 or higher (out of 5).
- Supplier Incident Rate to be 1.5% or lower (in line with our quality expectations.
- Driver Events of 80% or higher.
Your unique ID to access your award kit has been sent via email. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
